Shipping and Delivery

After confirmation (payment) of an order, delivery of goods will take approximately 4 to 10 business days (estimated) to be received. We make every attempt to deliver our products and services within this time frame, however, AutoFlare Pty Ltd is not liable and/or responsible for any late deliveries and/or failure to deliver products.

In some instances, the products and services offered by AutoFlare Pty Ltd’s may be temporarily or no longer available. AutoFlare Pty Ltd will notify the customer as soon as possible. Customers can request a refund.

All orders shipped by courier service will automatically be given ‘Authority to Leave’ at the specified shipping address (products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes). Orders will be delivered between Monday to Friday 7:00am – 6:00pm. We will not be held liable for any costs and/or fees associated if the order requires re-delivery after initial delivery.

For customers who have selected to collect/pick-up the product/s from us directly (our location is North Rocks, Sydney), will recently a confirmation email with our information. It is important for customers to pick-up product/s in agreed business hours.
